Hiring Top Talent

when they are the wrong fit. This class teaches a methodology for hiring that is
proven and effective. Participants look at the broader picture, ensuring they
have a clear job description from which they can create a matrix of “musts” and
“desirables”. Their questions are generated from this matrix and the managers
conduct practice interviews using high level communication skills. This ensures
they get someone who fits the job well and not someone who “feels right”. The
on-boarding process, which is often overlooked, is also reviewed.
