Managing Diversity

Our diversity experts assist clients dealing with any difference whether that is age, race, ethnicity, ability, gender, or even style. We assist organizations with organizational assessment of diversity issues; policy and process formulation; executive, manager and professional training; and 1-1 coaching around diversity issues.

Our experts include:

  • Mark Kaplan – Mark has 15 years of experience designing and facilitating diversity training with many large organizations, specializing in Sexual Orientation.  He was one of the first trainers in the US to deliver sexual orientation training within corporate America.

    Mark’s work has been published in two books (The Diversity Factor and The Promise of Diversity) and quoted in The New York Times and The Philadelphia Inquirer.  His articles have appeared in leading business magazines.  He is a frequent speaker and has addressed the national conferences of The American Management Association, AT&T’s LEAGUE, The National Multicultural Institute, The Organization Development Network, The Society for Human Resource Management and others.  He is also on the faculty of NTL’s Diversity Practitioner Certificate Program.
     

  • Ruth Littlejohn - A veteran HR & OE professional, Ruth has specialized in Diversity the past 10 years of her career. Ruth has real line management experience, starting as a line manager managing 14 people at Met Life. She then switched into Human Resources - first as a technical trainer, then as an Employee Relations Manager, HR Business Partner and OD Specialist with CIGNA and Astrazeneca.  She was trained in diversity work through Elsie Y. Cross Associates (EYCA).
     

  • Lorraine Marino - A seasoned OE and Diversity professional, Lorraine specializes in educating and assisting white business professionals with diversity issues.
