Leading Remote / Virtual Teams Remote Teams
create a unique challenge for leaders. Some issues include the
'out of sight, out of mind' factor; cross cultural
communication; and using technology effectively. Our programs
address these challenges through an instructor led or webinar
format. All of these programs can be customized to meet your
development needs.

Technology for
Leaders of Remote Teams Conducted via either a live hook-up to web or as webinars, this program shows leaders how to make better use of technology. In webinar format, people have time to use various tools and see which tools fit which kinds of leadership situations. Doing the webinar format also allows for easy global rollout. The program developer and leader is not an IT professional; he is a trainer with 23 yrs experience as trainer & consultant including being the Training Director at MasterCard. He blends his facilitation skills with his knowledge of various technology tools. Each class is customized based on the technology tools available to your organization. (i.e. i-project, Microsoft live meeting, webex, blackberry, etc).
