Farrah Gray
Life is a Marathon: Run it to Win! Gary Null When he speaks about his
success, he talks about the basics: planning, preparing, visualizing
success, making time for what is important, and pushing yourself past your
preconceived limits. He says there is no magic, just hard work. That is
what makes for achieving extraordinary results. Gary has shared these
insights to train hundreds of people (some in their 60's and 70's), for
free as a community service, to prepare for and complete the NYC marathon.
He tells people "believe you can complete a marathon, whether you are 30
or 70, visualize yourself running the marathon, learn how to run a
marathon, prepare for it, work out, and then you are ready and can do it."
It all starts with the belief than you can do it. Let go of the belief that
you don't have the time, energy or fitness level. Just believe it, see it
prepare and do it.
