Executive Coaching

Most managers and executives have risen quickly or through a variety of accidental or unplanned moves.  Many find themselves in jobs or positions that stretch their abilities and competencies with no one to talk to about their concerns, fears, and uncertainty.  We use a distinctive executive coaching process that includes these steps:

1. Commitment from the “coachee” to fully engage in this coaching process for a specified amount of time.
2. 360-degree feedback about the participant, using precise tools that focus upon his/her strengths and weaknesses.
3.

Personal training on the psycho-dynamics of personal growth and development and how they can optimize the use of this data.

4. Definition of a specific “growth area” including metrics.
5. Individual coaching from a professional coach.
6. Feedback about their progress from their managers.
7. Ongoing self-assessment and outcome-specific coaching.
8. Completion and debriefing of this process.
