Influencing Others With Style
There are many different ways to get a job done. But we all have our
preference and patterns in how we get our results. When
someone’s approach doesn’t match our own we can become frustrated.
Relationships and results can suffer terribly and unnecessarily.
There are four basic styles used to get results. When you can
recognize other’s styles and appreciate their strengths and
weaknesses, you have a foundation for teamwork and cooperation that
can turn a nightmare into a dream. In this class, participants learn
to recognize different styles and adjust their own so they can
influence others and produce surprising results
Handling Conflict
Conflict is inevitable in complex human
interaction. Blend needs, abilities, motives and styles and you can get the

and easily. Participants can identify and work with different conflict
management styles. They practice with a model to manage and resolve the conflict
including how to reveal the underlying needs so that a workable solution can be
collaboratively generated. They also learn how to apply these skills to group
settings.
